Long-Term Mission Opportunities in Mexico
Short-term trips change lives, but the work in Mexico is carried year-round by missionaries who stay. Dayspring Outreach places long-term missionaries — for a year, a term, or a career — in church planting, our children's home, humanitarian aid, and team support roles throughout the interior of Mexico.
Our long-term workers serve in areas Dayspring has ministered in for over 30 years, with a constant missionary presence, established churches, and facilities already in place. You will not be starting alone.

Church Planting & Pastoral Support
Dayspring supports more than 150 churches and missions in nine Mexican states, registered in Mexico as El Camino de la Biblia A.R. Long-term workers come alongside national pastors in village evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training.
Casa Hogar Dayspring (Children's Home)
Our children's home in El Higo, Veracruz cares for over 30 children in a facility with room for 50. Long-term staff serve as house parents, tutors, maintenance workers, and administrative help alongside directors David and Cristina Gonzales.
Humanitarian Aid
Food distribution, relief packs, medical outreach, and disaster response open doors into villages that have never heard the gospel. Long-term workers coordinate logistics, sourcing, and village relationships.
Mission Trip Hosting & Support
Dayspring hosts teams every month of the year. Long-term workers serve as trip hosts, translators, drivers, cooks, and facility managers at our Texas border facility and our Mexican locations.
